I was blown away by the amazing room design at this hotel, truly the best I have ever stayed in even after visiting countless others in different countries. The rooms were beautifully decorated, but I did find it to be very cold during my stay, which was a bit of a downside.

The service here was top-notch, very pleasant and extremely helpful. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Derry. The staff were not only friendly but also genuinely cared about providing great service.

The hotel's location was good, within walking distance of the city centre and perfect for sightseeing around the old walled city. However, there was some noise issue with the extractor fan next door running all night, affecting my sleep quality.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff attended to our room every day, were so polite and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide range of food options. The location was exactly what we were looking for, convenient for everything we wanted to do. Overall, I would rate it a solid 9 out of 10, and I definitely plan on returning.

The room, although pretty small, was workable and maintained to a high standard with all the necessary facilities provided. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed, tea/coffee, and a TV.

The service was exceptional. The staff apologized for any inconvenience, went out of their way to safely store our large tandem bicycle, and were incredibly helpful and kind with everything we needed during our stay.

The hotel's location is lovely, situated on a quiet street not far from the city center. It was super handy for exploring Derry city, and despite the small room size, it was comfortable, clean, and ideal for a couple sharing.

We had to travel to another B&B for our meal, which included various items like pain de chocolat, a waffle, and refreshments, but were not informed about the lack of a hot cooked breakfast beforehand.
